Interval training

 Interval training is a type of training in which periods of highly intensive activity is followed by periods of active recovery. Anaerobic and aerobic exercises. Strength exercises, cardio, core and pliometry are included. This type of training boosts the metabolism, strengthens and tones the muscles, reduces subcutaneous adipose tissue, increases the strength and endurance. Different training systems are included in one. (weight loss, circular training, tabata).
