Zen*ga education

 Zen*ga is a combination of Stott Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. It can be practiced on the ground with or without props, and on the reformer. Zen*ga trainings are functional, combining strength, endurance, flexibility and dynamic stability. It involves proper breathing, awareness and fluidity through movements. Conscious movements stimulate the firing of the neuromuscular-fascial network. Through exercise, strength lies in proper movements, and with the firm intention of moving with purpose.
