 TRX Suspension Trainer was created after many years of research and development. Stability and mobility are what define this kind of training. Every exercise and movement is specific because some parts of the body should be stable and others should be mobile. This is a type of  training where you use all your body and it’s both for beginners and advanced recreationists.  Exercise difficulty level depends on the client’s physical ability. Proper exercising technique mustn’t be violated. This training identifies limitations through the strength and the movement range. The strength and mobility interweave and the client’s progress is defined through these two factors. The proper exercise intensity dose and duration emphasize and extend functional capacity.
