One-on-one session

 One-on-one session. Duet session includes two to three persons. It includes an assessment session. Getting to know the client and their goals through exercises. Static and dynamic tests. The explanation of the five basic pilates principles which one should follow during exercising. Advices for safe exercising and better control and awareness of oneself during the exercise. Explanation and getting used to modifications. Class programming in accordance with client’s abilities and affinities.
