Athletic training

 Athletic training includes an exercise program for healthy recreationists and athletes. These trainigs are conceptualized with different props, equipment and they demand strength exercises (plank, squats, lunges, push-ups). Athletic strength training is a resistance exercise training. The resistance can be the gravity, the weight of a person’s own body, a rubber band, a dumbbell, springs. It is quality and demanding training of all the muscle groups.
